About Consortium Elite
Consortium Elite provides homeowners with debt solutions, primarily pre foreclosures, foreclosures, hard money loans and liens. We believe in fair practices and maintaining community diversity, which is sometimes destroyed by gentrification initiatives.
We create homeowner partnerships with an object to acquire their outstanding, delinquent debt, and ultimately reestablish their financial stability. We take action before homeowners are left with no options. We purchase the property, conduct any needed repairs and make renovations. Once completed, we offer various opportunities to either rent at a cost they can afford, an equity stake in the building or provide them with a cash option.
We work with Real Estate investors whose emphasis is to enhance the landscape of neighborhoods that need services and redevelopment. Consortium Elite investors understand the importance of community and the value of those who been a part of that community. We believe our biggest investment is the people who have served the community not just the property they own.
Our attorneys have been practicing for over a decade and started during the '.com' internet boom of the late 90s. We’re on the pulse of modern technology and media, and have monitored their evolution to inform our own legal approaches—all to give you exceptional advice that will last for years to come.
